These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SilverCharts.org (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Description of the service
SilverCharts.org provides free, ad-supported access to real-time and delayed market data widgets for silver, gold, and other precious metals, along with educational articles. Charts and quotes are powered by TradingView; news content comes from TradingView's news partners. The Site does not provide brokerage, advisory, or trading services and does not transact in any financial instrument on your behalf.
No investment, tax, or legal advice
Nothing on the Site is investment, trading, tax, accounting, or legal advice. The Site is for general information and education only and does not take into account your personal circumstances. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its systems, or its data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, the servers or networks that host it, or other users
- Scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Site without prior written permission
- Use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the Site
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Frame, embed, or otherwise present the Site so as to suggest endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership that does not exist
Intellectual property
The original written content, design, layout, and code of the Site are owned by the operators of SilverCharts.org and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Brand names, logos, and trademarks belonging to third parties (including TradingView, Google, and the issuers of any ETFs or stocks discussed) are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's original content beyond what is permitted by fair use or fair dealing without our prior written permission.
Charts, quotes, and news content are licensed from third-party providers and are subject to their own terms of use. The presence of an embedded widget does not transfer any rights to the underlying data.
Third-party content
The Site embeds and links to third-party services, including TradingView and Google. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or actions.
Advertising
The Site is funded by advertising delivered through Google AdSense and partner networks. Ads are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. We do not endorse and are not responsible for advertised products or services. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, DATA, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SILVERCHARTS.ORG, ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SilverCharts.org and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Changes to the Site and to these Terms
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
